The Sales Copilots is a sales and go-to-market consultancy for aviation startups and innovators. The office is at 59 rue de Ponthieu in Paris, and the site says the team works across Europe. The company was set up in 2026. It builds and runs a commercial system for a client, then hands it over.

The firm serves startups, scale-ups, small and mid-size companies, and innovation teams that sell new technology, services or operating models to aviation incumbents. These buyers include aircraft makers, operators, maintenance firms, lessors, charter and broking firms and airports. It also works with vertical experts, heads of innovation, incubators and associations, which it calls connectors.

The method is built on mapping each account before it is touched and writing each message for one person. An engagement starts with a check of whether the product is ready for the market and whether the team is the right fit. If so, it runs a pilot on one clear outcome. The founders are Lou-Maiden Leroy, chief executive, who worked at Airbus and myPlane, and Lucas Bechacq, chief operating officer, who studied at ENAC.
