Accelya

Accelya is a software company that builds retailing and commercial technology for airlines. Its main platform is FLX ONE. The company describes it as an open and flexible platform for Offer, Order, Settle and Deliver, known as OOSD. FLX ONE runs on the AWS cloud and uses an API driven design.

Accelya says it has been open and API driven since 1998. The platform connects with an airline's existing technology, so airlines can move away from legacy systems at their own pace. The company says it enables more than 8 trillion offers a year for over 200 airlines, and about 50 percent of global NDC transactions. It also says it powers over $100 billion in transactions each year. Customers named on the site include American Airlines, United, Copa, Lufthansa, Qantas, Air Canada and Turkish Airlines.

FLX ONE has several modules. Offer Management creates personalized offers for the right channel. Order Management handles the full life of a passenger order. Order Accounting simplifies and automates revenue accounting. Delivery covers the passenger journey and airport processes. Open Connect supports low risk migrations from older systems. Other retailing products cover shop and price, merchandising, dynamic pricing, revenue management, product catalog, schedule building and availability.

Accelya also offers a set of financial products under its Foundation range. These include revenue accounting, sales audit, commission management, refund management, proration, miles proration, payments and loyalty. A BIDT audit product is listed as well. Accelya Financial Solutions groups much of this work.

The company has a cargo line called FLX ONE Cargo. It covers cargo offer and order, operations, service management, a warehouse app and cargo revenue accounting. Swiss WorldCargo appears among the customer logos on the website.

For travel sellers and corporate buyers, Accelya runs an NDC FastTrack program and NDC APIs. It also has an NDC program for corporate travel and a Modern Retailing Readiness Score. A newer area is FLX AIViator, with FLX Recover, an agentic AI product for passenger recovery.
