About the event

World Aviation Festival is an annual conference and exhibition organised by Terrapinn on airline and airport business models, technology, retail, distribution and sustainability. It brings together airline and airport executives with technology and service suppliers, with a multi-stream conference, an expo floor and a start-up village.

The 2026 edition takes place from 13 to 15 October 2026 at FIL in Lisbon, Portugal.

    Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport, about 5 km from the venue.
  • Local transport

    FIL (Feira Internacional de Lisboa), Parque das Nacoes, Lisbon. Metro Red Line to Oriente station, then a 10-minute walk; mainline and regional trains and buses also stop at Oriente. 10% off TAP Air Portugal flights with code WAF26 (travel 6 to 22 October, book by 5 October) and 20% off Uber rides via the official mobility partner.
