About recruitment
Aviation recruitment agencies
Aviation recruitment agencies find and screen staff for airlines, charter operators, maintenance organisations, airports and aerospace manufacturers. Typical roles include pilots, licensed aircraft engineers, cabin crew, operations staff and senior managers. Some agencies place permanent hires, others supply contract staff for short projects or seasonal peaks, and some run aviation job boards where employers post vacancies directly.
When choosing one, check which roles and licence types they specialise in, whether they cover permanent or contract placements, and how they verify licences, type ratings and experience. Ask how fees are charged, what guarantee applies if a placement does not work out, and whether the agency knows your sector, for example business aviation, airlines or air charter.
Companies here are based across the United Kingdom, the United States, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Australia, among others.
- Frank Jay & Associates, partner-led executive search firm for airlines and aviation
- menska, boutique recruitment agency for the air charter sector
