FuelerLinx

FuelerLinx is a fuel management suite for business aviation, built by DegaTech Systems, which was founded in 2008 to create software for fuel, the largest variable cost of a trip. The company says FuelerLinx was the first product of its kind and has grown into the largest fuel marketplace in aviation. It combines worldwide contract and direct fuel pricing, tankering, tech stop planning and European fuel tax compliance in one system.

What the platform does

• Compares contract, FBO direct and retail pricing from domestic and international fuel suppliers in one search
• Takes trips from the customer's scheduling software and calculates tankering on the operator's own flight plan
• Sends fuel release and service requests to the FBO, and lets crews order fuel and services from the cockpit
• Lets crews scan the fuel ticket in the app, checks vendor invoices against the release and posts reconciled spend to the tail and trip
• Maintains a data set of FBO services and fees, facility by facility, so the cost of a stop is known before the aircraft moves
• Reports burn and emissions per trip, per tail and per period, and shows sustainable aviation fuel availability where vendors offer it

FuelerLinx says it is vendor agnostic and integrates with the major fuel vendors and scheduling systems, with more than 650 FBO portals publishing to customer accounts.

Reported savings

Based on twelve months of customer data from September 2025 to August 2026, the company reports that contract purchases averaged 30.42 percent below posted retail at the pump, and that trips planned with its tankering optimizer cost less in fuel and fees than the default plan. It presents these as averages across active accounts and notes that the figures are illustrative.

Defence

FuelerLinx for Defense offers pricing aligned with the Defense Logistics Agency and government payment instruments. The company says it has been fielded at four wings across two major commands of the US Air Force, and that it supports closeout paperwork such as AF IMT 664.

Customers

The site quotes users at Gulfstream Aerospace and TRFO Aviation, and says the platform is flown by flight departments, charter operators and government fleets.
