135 Air Carrier Management

135 Air Carrier Management, also called 135ACM, makes management software for aviation operators in the United States. Its main product is a software suite for flight operations, maintenance and compliance.

The software is described as FAA approved and works in real time. The company says US and foreign governments use it. Operators can see the state of their crews, aircraft and flights from any device, anywhere.

The suite covers pilot and flight records. These include flight and duty time, training, drug and alcohol records, expenses, per diem and payroll. Pilots can use a mobile app for weight and balance, performance, maintenance reports, alert notices, FAA flight plan filing, live weather and live tracking.

It also covers oversight and administration. Tools include quoting, scheduling, TSA pre-check, mission notification, dispatch and an operations control centre view. The system can map and track air, land, sea and space assets around the world.

The company has built an aircraft maintenance module with input from directors of maintenance and their teams. It goes beyond basic component tracking by linking maintenance to the rest of the operation. Staff can change a component in one click and manage inventory in real time. Live operations data also flows to accounting, which helps billing and cash flow.

A newer product, 135ACM NexGen REZ, handles reservations and quoting. It links with websites, products, affiliates and live inventory. The company also offers native apps for Android and iOS, set up for each user and company.

Customers can pick only the modules they need and add more later. The company lists customers such as air ambulance operators, Part 135 charter operators, government contractors, movie and news operators. One user describes a fleet of more than 20 aircraft, from UH-60 helicopters to A109s.
