Customers connect their FedEx and UPS accounts in about two minutes with no downloads or IT work. One customer, BloomsyBox, recovered US$47,000 in shipping refunds in its first 90 days, according to the site.

Company

71lbs was founded by shipping industry insiders. Founder Jose Li spent decades on both sides of the shipping table, as a shipper and on the carrier side running FedEx's retail and e-commerce practice.
