JetInsight is a cloud-based operating system for business aviation. Its quoting and fleet management software helps aircraft charter operators, Part 135 and Part 91 flight departments and brokers run safer, more efficient and more profitable operations, and the company works with hundreds of operators across the United States. How it works

• Each trip follows a full life cycle from quote to release to invoice and reconciliation, rather than separate quoting and dispatch modules, with built-in trip checklists
• Automation of manual, repetitive tasks so that work that took ten clicks takes one or two
• Cross-department visibility: charter sales is notified when an aircraft goes out of service with a discrepancy, and dispatch is alerted when a pilot's duty time affects the next day's schedule
• Fully cloud based, with no servers or updates for the operator to maintain, accessible from any modern browser on phone, tablet or computer, plus a dedicated iOS and iPadOS app for flight crews with offline access
• New functionality released every two weeks, and new users proficient within hours or days

Technology

JetInsight runs on geographically redundant servers with automatic health monitoring, hot standby databases, redundant load balancing and multiple backup strategies, so that it keeps working through infrastructure failures and scales from single-aircraft operators to the largest fleets.

Implementation and support

Implementations start with a kickoff call and a customised training and transition plan; JetInsight builds the customer's account, trains each department and provides a knowledge base of articles and videos plus monthly training webinars. Support is offered by chat, email and phone with response times measured in seconds and minutes, 365 days a year, and 24/7 emergency support for issues that would stop a flight dispatching.
