Desert Jet

Desert Jet is an aviation company in the Coachella Valley, California. It has served private travellers since 2007 and today focuses on two things: its executive FBO, Desert Jet Center, and aircraft maintenance. Its website no longer lists charter or aircraft management.

FBO: Desert Jet Center

• 32,500 square foot facility with hangar, observation deck and lounges
• Ground handling, jet fuel, hangar storage, rental cars and hotels, concierge
• Can handle aircraft up to a Boeing 757
• No special event fees for guests landing during desert events
• Second FBO at Yampa Valley Regional Airport (KHDN), Hayden, Colorado, with two new 28,800 square foot heated hangars

Maintenance

Desert Jet Maintenance is an FAA certified Part 145 repair station that specialises in Cessna Citation jets. It offers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, phase inspections, airframe, engine and avionics work, a mobile service unit and AOG support.

Recognition

In the AIN FBO Survey, Desert Jet Center has placed in the top 10 percent of FBOs in the Americas, number 1 in the West region and number 1 in Palm Springs for five years in a row, according to the company. Its line service technicians are NATA Safety 1st trained. Desert Jet has also appeared on the Inc. 500 list.
