About CQI Sense

CQI Sense sells software that helps airlines see when passengers are losing trust. The address on its site is in Madrid, Spain. The company says a flight is tracked but the feeling of the passenger is missed. Its tool joins signals from many points in a trip so airline teams can act before a customer stops booking.

The core feature is called Customer Pulse. It gives each passenger a color built from their history and updated as new signals arrive. The states are healthy, friction, eroding, imminent risk and silent. Each state carries context and a next action. The site gives an example where a reassigned seat and a delayed bag lead to a locked preferred seat and an acknowledgement at check-in.

The method has three steps called Sense, Flag and Fix. It connects booking, check-in, the gate, onboard service and the contact centre. The data used includes bookings and PNRs, flown segments, delays, cancellations, diversions, baggage incidents, contact centre records, complaints, compensation, loyalty activity, lounge visits and cabin faults. Survey and NPS answers are added where they exist.

The software feeds from CRM, loyalty and billing systems, flight operations, PSS and dispatch, apps, web, IVR and bots, and lounge, gate scan and IFE systems. The site proposes to start with one route, one cabin and one segment, with 90 days from data integration to the first live color map. Visitors can talk to the team through links on the page.
