AeroKeeper
AI-powered aircraft maintenance work orders and compliance software in the United States
About AeroKeeper
AeroKeeper is an AI software company for aircraft maintenance shops. It is based in Jacksonville, Florida. Its platform is a set of AI agents that handle quoting, parts sourcing, work orders, paperwork and close-out.
The company says it was built inside a Part 145 repair station, not by a software firm. Each agent targets a problem the shop team faced every day, such as due lists that took hours to quote, parts hunts across six vendors and logbook entries written by hand. Shops can start with one agent and add more as they grow.
Several agents cover the front of the job. The Due List Agent turns a maintenance due list into a quote and work order, with tasks, time estimates and costs ready to review. The Time Clock Agent tracks task time as work happens and shows the team when a job is close to running over. The Parts Boss Agent contacts more than 15 vendors at once, handles request for quote triage and returns the best option for approval.
Other agents cover the documents. The Work Card Agent links the right work card, maintenance manual pages and parts catalog references to each task. The Logbook Entry Agent drafts entries from the work log for a lead technician to review and flags anything missing. The Close Out Agent checks 8130 certificates, logbook entries, technician hours and sign-offs before an invoice is created.
AeroKeeper speaks to Part 135 operators and Part 145 repair stations. The company says it is designed for independent shops that run 5 to 50 aircraft, not airlines or large fleets. It connects with systems shops already use, including CAMP, Traxxall and QuickBooks, and it handles data migration from an existing system. Records are structured for audit readiness.
The wider solutions list includes predictive scheduling, squawk analysis from flight crew reports, parts and stock allocation, a digital logbook, AOG support tools, compliance reports, custom analytics and links to existing MRO systems.
New customers can book a walkthrough, where the team studies how the shop runs and shows a due list turned into a quote live. AeroKeeper is a member of NBAA and appears at trade shows such as MRO America, PB Expo Miami and NBAA BACE. The legal name is AeroBrand Solutions Inc.
