Vortex Aircraft Services is an aircraft maintenance company based at Charlotte Douglas (CLT) and Rock Hill York County Airport (UZA) in the Carolinas. It handles AOG calls, scheduled maintenance, aircraft detailing and aircraft management for commercial and private aircraft.

When an aircraft is grounded, Vortex sends technicians to get it back in service. It also plans and carries out scheduled inspections, so operators can book work around their flying.

The team works on aircraft from many different manufacturers. Its customers include Part 91 owners and Part 135 charter operators.

Vortex was founded by Luis Osuna, who is also its Director of Maintenance. In January 2023 the company joined Beacon, the maintenance coordination platform from Embraer. Beacon helps Vortex coordinate maintenance events with its customers and respond faster to AOG calls.

Beyond maintenance, Vortex offers detailing to keep cabins and exteriors clean, and aircraft management for owners who want one team to look after their aircraft.

Vortex supports operators across the Southeast United States, with Charlotte, North Carolina as a key location for its growth.
