How it works

  1. 1

    Choose a package

Pick Event Page or Featured Event for this year's show. Pay securely by Stripe.

  2. 2

We confirm you are the organiser

Send your details from your work email. We check with your team first, so only the real organiser can edit.

  3. 3

    Your show goes live

Usually within one working day of the check.

Event packages, priced per show

Most shows run once a year, so each package covers one edition: you pay for the show you are selling now and decide again for the next one. Events nobody has claimed stay listed as they are today, without these extras.

Common questions

Who can claim an event page?

Only the organiser's team. Before anyone gets access, we check with the organiser through your work email and the contacts on the official event website. That way only the real team can edit the page.

How long until it is live?

Usually within one working day after we have your details and have checked them against your official website. Social posts go out on dates we agree with you.

Our event is not listed yet. Can we still buy a package?

Yes. Choose a package, then send us the dates, venue and website. We check them against your official site, publish the event page and send you the link.

We run several shows or editions. Is there a multi-show price?

Each package covers one edition of one show. If you run a series or several shows a year, email us with the list and we will send you a price for all of them.

How does the box on exhibitors' pages work?

With Featured Event, the box shows on the company page of every company on your exhibitor and sponsor lists that has a page with us. It names your show, the dates and city, their stand or sponsor level when we have it, and links to your event page with tickets and enquiries. Send us an updated list at any time and we add the new companies. The box comes down when the show ends.

What happens after we pay?

Stripe emails you the invoice. You then send us your event details and work email, which takes about two minutes. We check them, publish or update your page and send you the link. For Media Partner we plan the dates and content together first.

What if you cannot publish our event?

We check every event by hand before it goes live. If we cannot publish it, we refund you in full.
