Tremendous

Tremendous is a platform for sending gift cards, prepaid cards and money to people in bulk. The site says businesses use it to send rewards to employees, prospects, customers and other groups. The site does not list a head office address.

The site says more than 25,000 businesses use the platform. It says the company has delivered $3 billion worldwide. Senders can send payouts by spreadsheet, by integration or by API. A real-time dashboard tracks what has been sent and spent.

Recipients choose their reward from a catalog. The site says the catalog has over 2,300 options in more than 200 countries. Options include gift cards from retailers and brands, prepaid Visa cards, PayPal, Venmo and Cash App payouts, and charity donations.

The site lists industries served. These include nonprofits, legal disbursements, energy and utilities, clinical trials and aviation. The aviation page describes instant digital rewards and reimbursements.

Fraud tools are a main feature. The site says about 10% of incentive budgets go to fraudsters, based on a Q1 2024 analysis. It offers AI and custom controls to block fraud. Tax tools collect and prepare W-9 and 1099 forms. The site says it is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

The site lists integrations that automate payouts from other tools and platforms. It also describes embedded payouts for product screens and an API for automated sending. Documentation, status updates and a developer section are available.
