Quality Resources, LLC provides aviation manuals and revision services for flight operations. Its website says the company was created to respond to the documentation needs of the aviation community, using its knowledge of regulations, communication skills and technical expertise. It offers manuals for operations of any size or complexity, whether they run under Part 91, Part 121, Part 125, Part 125M or Part 135.

Manuals and programmes

• Flight Operations Manuals, which ICAO regulations require and IS-BAO registration needs, written for the regulatory part the operator flies under, or reformatted from an existing manual after a gap analysis
• Safety Management System documentation that flight departments have adapted to identify, track and reduce risk
• An Emergency Response Program, a structured framework for responding to an aircraft incident or accident, including cooperation with an NTSB investigation. It was conceived in the aftermath of an aircraft accident and meets the emergency response plan requirements of the IS-BAO standard
• RVSM authorisation packages, which include a letter requesting authority, two manuals with binders and a completed job aid, with support until FAA approval through a Letter of Authorization or Operations Specifications
• Flight attendant material, including a review of existing manuals and a separate Flight Attendant Manual if needed
• Support for Category II and Category III operations

Standards

Its manuals use the ISO 9000 subordinative numbering system and are laid out for consistency, clarity and concision. The company helps operators prepare for IS-BAO registration, the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations introduced by the International Business Aviation Council, through on-site visits that prepare a flight department for a Stage 1, 2 or 3 audit. It does not perform IS-BAO registration audits, because it says that would be a conflict of interest.
