Phillips 66 Aviation is the aviation fuels and lubricants business of Phillips 66, an energy company based in Houston, Texas. It supplies commercial airlines, logistics companies, FBOs, flight schools, manufacturers and government agencies, and describes Phillips 66 as one of the largest refiners in the United States.

Programmes and services

• Branded FBO network: FBOs fly the Phillips 66 brand and receive fuel supply direct from refineries, safety and fuel quality training, and refueller leasing and maintenance support. The company says it refines its own aviation fuel at nine jet fuel and three avgas locations and supplies about 40 percent of US avgas.
• Contract fuel programme: open to corporate flight departments, charter operators, air ambulance and cargo carriers, airlines and others operating under FAR parts 91, 121, 125, 135 and 137. The company says there is no sign-up fee or minimum volume and that the programme connects users with more than 140 fuel providers.
• Aviation credit cards with a rewards programme, and an online search tool to find FBOs and retail prices
