Flight Pro International

Flight Pro International is a trip support company for business aviation. It helps flight crews and flight departments plan and carry out trips around the world. The site names its main services as Global Trip Support, the Special Services Network and Global Regulatory Solutions.

The Global Trip Support team arranges permits and service needs for a trip. The site says it offers flight planning and weather services around the clock. Its team includes licensed meteorologists, who review flight routes, NOTAMs, weather reports and airport data before a flight plan is chosen.

The Special Services Network is a group of in country partners. Before a flight they organize ground support such as customs, ground handling, parking, slots and security, and they help with permits. During the flight they send a supervisor to meet the aircraft and help passengers and crew through entry and exit steps. They can also arrange catering, cleaning, fuel and deicing, plus transport, city tours and dinner bookings.

The company has a web and mobile tool called Flight Pro Connect. It is made for pilots, schedulers and dispatchers who are clients, and it helps manage service updates and travel documents. The site says the platform has an annual third party security test.
