Furnish and erect puts materials and erection under one contract and one accountable team. Design-bid-build helps validate the specification during design and prices the package when the bid goes out. I-beam building systems provide heavy-duty structures for long spans. Each project gets a project manager who stays involved from the first order to the final inspection, and the company can also step in mid-project.

The company sources steel from national and regional manufacturers and brings in checked erectors near each job. It is an authorized builder for Nucor and Varco Pruden, and it works with a select network of other manufacturers. Its supplier and erector network covers 48 states.
