Aero Star Aviation, LLC is an FAA and AFAC certified Part 145 repair station specialising in Embraer Phenom 100 and 300, Praetor 500 and 600 and Legacy 450 and 500 business jets, and more recently the Cessna Citation 560XL, Sovereign and Latitude. Founded in 2013 by president Chris Grinnell, whose background in Phenom maintenance and management dates back to the first Phenom production deliveries, the company describes itself as the largest independent Embraer Phenom and Praetor maintenance provider. Its corporate headquarters and hangars are at 7515 Lemmon Avenue at Dallas Love Field, Texas, with a satellite location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and it has grown from two smaller hangars since its start.

Aero Star has implemented an AI assistant called Ava in its maintenance process to streamline technicians' troubleshooting, drawing on the company's years of data on the Phenom 100 and 300 to deliver information instantly without manual document searches, and offers 24/7 AI help to Phenom and Praetor owners. The company says its technicians specialise in Embraer and Citation aircraft specifically, that it treats customer relationships as a trusted collaboration, and that professionalism, integrity and technical expertise set it apart. It recruits airframe and powerplant technicians, maintenance inspectors and AOG materials specialists.
