One of the biggest contributors to Flight Safety is technical proficiency. However, with complex aircraft, and shortened training periods, getting to grips with an airplane’s systems can be a huge task that requires constant study, and periodic revision.
Flight crews, with their unfavourable schedules, social commitments, and erratic sleep patterns are unable to spend as much time as is required to refresh their aircraft specific technical knowledge. Another hurdle is the ease of accessibility to such information to flight crew, when on the go.
Project Airbus Tech (PAT) is an Airbus A320 specific project which lists out some of the most common Airbus A320 technical questions , and their answers, covering all systems of the Airbus A320.
Information contained here is cross-checked by experienced A320 line crew. However, if there is any conflicting information, your FCOM shall be the overriding reference.

This is a very helpful thread started by you but why is it not being updated…….lot of my doubts have been solved of the systems which have been updated….please continue
Good things take time, effort and money. Donations are welcome!
thanks for the information that you have given me….I wished I could get more information from you guys…paint the skies guys and fly safe….
Superb update…..thank you Vasuki for the update……these r priceless contributions to d PAT project 🙂
I have an innovative design idea regarding engines development, and my own idea on a Boeing concept I already have a solution to. I have a working prototype to be seen, please contact me should you wish to know more mrrgraham@live.co.uk
Very good, but why can we enter in NAVIGATION AND INDICATING & RECORDING SYSTEMS…
