Zingly
AI customer journey platform used by airlines for disruptions and rebooking
About Zingly
Zingly is a US software company whose platform brings customers, AI, human experts and enterprise systems together in one persistent experience so that high-stakes customer journeys in regulated industries are completed rather than abandoned. Operated by Zingly.ai, LLC, it is purpose built for retirement, insurance, banking, credit unions and airlines, and states that it was developed alongside enterprise customers, industry leaders, advisors and technology partners rather than around assumptions. Pegasus Airlines has gone live on Zingly Rooms for flight cancellations, and other customers named on the site include Transamerica, which the company says resolves five times more customer interactions a day with the same team, Principal and Wellby Financial.
Platform
- Zingly Rooms: a persistent space where a customer, the AI and human experts collaborate from intent to outcome across voice and digital channels, with one AI collaborator that knows when to bring a person in so that experts join with the same context
- Zingly Journeys: production-ready, industry-specific packaged journeys that can be deployed as supplied, built by the customer or orchestrated across an existing agentic stack, with tools to create and configure journeys and continuously improve them
- Enterprise Foundation and Infrastructure layers providing enterprise controls, responsible AI and human authority for experiences that may involve money, identity, loss, sensitive information and regulated processes
Airlines
For airlines, Zingly gives travellers one place for updates, actions, documents, support and continued help during a disruption while airline teams, partners, systems and AI coordinate behind it. Mapped airline journeys include rebooking passengers through delays and cancellations, taking a bag claim from report to resolution and keeping passengers updated until the bag is returned, handling changes, cancellations and refunds, and answering everyday requests around the clock. The company notes that a large share of interactions arrive outside business hours, at nights, weekends and between shifts, and that a single Room can rebook a trip or track a bag, file the claim and settle compensation without a new call. The homepage illustrates a cancelled evening flight being rebooked for a family with bags rerouted and new boarding passes issued within minutes.
