TRAX

TRAX is a software company for aviation maintenance. Its software helps teams, workflows and data work together, so maintenance runs more smoothly. The company is based in Coral Gables, Florida. It says it is trusted by more than 100 customers, covering about 6,000 aircraft.

eMRO is its web based ERP system. The site says it unifies every aspect of aircraft maintenance into one platform. It covers engineering, planning, production, inventory, quality, documentation, technical records and financial processes. The system has 21 modules for aircraft and component maintenance, fleet and inventory management, and financial control.

eMobility is a suite of role specific mobile and web apps. Teams use it for paperless workflows from the cockpit to the cabin, from the ramp to the hangar, and in AOG field operations. The suite has 14 role based iOS and web applications.

TRAX also offers cloud hosting for eMRO and eMobility. The site lists 24/7 monitoring, high availability, automatic backups, disaster recovery and performance tuning. The company says this reduces internal IT workload and costs for operators.

Pairing solutions bundle TRAX products into one connected ecosystem. Extra applications can be added as needs change. The company says its products help teams transform processes, optimize asset utilization, streamline information and enhance safety and compliance.

The software is built for airlines, lessors, maintenance organizations and other aircraft operators. The company describes its products as the system of record that airlines, lessors and regulators need. Air Europa is shown as a customer. Its quote says the collaboration is accelerating the digital transformation of its global fleet.

Customers get support 24/7. The site lists events where TRAX exhibits, including MRO Asia Pacific in Singapore, Aircraft IT APAC in Bangkok and MRO Europe in Amsterdam. It also has a trust center and a SOC 2 report request for customers.
