About FLYR Labs

FLYR Labs was founded in 2013 in San Francisco. The company began by using artificial intelligence to forecast airfares for travelers. Today it employs more than 700 people and maintains offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Amsterdam, and Krakow. It builds software for airlines and hospitality businesses that want to modernize retailing and revenue management.

The company serves airlines and hotels around the world. Its technology is designed to replace legacy passenger service system constraints with modern offer and order retailing. By automating commercial decisions and integrating with existing technology stacks, FLYR helps travel businesses improve how they sell and service customers.

FLYR's main product is the Offer and Order platform. It includes a Shopping Cart that lets travelers build multi product itineraries across devices. The Marketplace module lets airlines bundle flights with hotels, ground transport, and activities. Dynamic Offers provides AI based pricing and bundling. Cross Airline Retailing supports multi carrier products in a single cart. The servicing module unifies post booking changes and self service actions. A Legacy Translator connects orders to older systems.

The platform is modular and layers on top of existing passenger service systems. Airlines can adopt individual components without replacing their entire infrastructure. FLYR also provides a revenue operating system that uses deep learning to forecast and price flight fares, ancillary products, and cargo capacity. For hotels, FLYR Hospitality offers an AI based revenue strategy platform that supports optimization and planning.

Publicly named airline customers include Virgin Atlantic, Air New Zealand, Azul, and Riyadh Air. Riyadh Air adopted FLYR's platform as the foundation of its retailing operations, becoming the first full service airline built entirely around Offer and Order management. In 2026, FLYR and Riyadh Air launched the industry's first live codeshare between an Offer and Order airline and a legacy passenger service system carrier.

The company has raised over 500 million dollars in funding. This includes a 150 million dollar Series C round in 2021 and a 295 million dollar Series D round in 2024. FLYR acquired Pribas for offer and order management capabilities and Newshore for direct distribution and retailing. It partners with IBM Consulting and Res2 to expand delivery options.
