Testori Aero Supply

Testori Aero Supply (TAS) is an Italian aircraft cabin interior specialist based at Via Don G. Brambilla 19 in Sirone, in the province of Lecco. Created in 2002 by a team of professionals already active in aviation for many years, the company was set up by the Testori group as a dedicated organisation for the high quality and performance demands of the cabin interior market, and supplies Italian airline operators as well as several major airlines around the world with design, materials, testing, quality control, after-sales support and complete POA and DOA certification services.

• Seat covers for passenger, attendant and cockpit seats in a range of fabric materials, with designs, colours, compositions and weights that are constantly renewed
• Carpets, foams and curtains for aircraft cabins
• Polycarbonate parts such as table shrouds, seat food tray tables, fairings and plastic and metallic aircraft seat components, supplied from raw material to finished product according to customer requirements
• Cabin engineering support covering project management, project preparation and development

Certifications and approvals

• EASA Part 21J Design Organisation Approval EASA.21J.0350, with privileges to classify changes and repairs as major or minor, approve minor changes and repairs related to the cabin, and design major changes and supplemental type certificates
• Production Organisation Approval IT.21G.0014 issued by ENAC and UAE.21G.013, and a Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Approval issued by ENAC
• EASA supplemental type certificates on Boeing 777-200 and 777-200ER and 737-600 to -900ER and -8 aircraft
• Design work covering small partitions in overhead bins, self-luminescent and fluorescent escape path marking, repositioning of emergency equipment, replacement of tray tables and polycarbonate fairings, and additional equipment installation to comply with EU-OPS 1
• An in-house laboratory equipped to perform aeronautical tests including flammability, toxicity and smoke emission and dynamic compression

Locations

Alongside its Sirone headquarters, Testori Aero Supply lists a site at Ghimbav near Brașov in Romania and an office in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai, with sales managers for the EMEA, APAC, Russia and Americas regions. The company has reported a strong turnout at its stand in Singapore and holds a share capital of 420,000 euros.
