RIM Alliance (RIM Enterprises, LLC)

RIM Enterprises was founded in 1991 in Marion, Iowa. In 2025 it merged with Alliance Air Parts, founded in 2006 in Oklahoma City, and the combined business trades as RIM Alliance. Alliance Air Parts specialized in de-manufacturing business jet, turboprop and narrow-body commercial aircraft. Scott Potter is CEO of RIM Alliance; he acquired Alliance Air Parts in 2024 and led the merger.

Aircraft supported

RIM Alliance holds rotable and expendable inventory for corporate, regional and commercial aircraft. Regional types include Bombardier CRJ and Dash 8, Embraer ERJ and ATR 42 and 72. Corporate types include Challenger, Learjet, Gulfstream G-IV and G-V, Hawker, King Air, Beech 1900, Falcon and Cessna Citation models.

Quality

The company says it supplies aircraft components with full traceability and that it is ASA-100 accredited. ASA-100 accreditation is also reported in the ASA FAA AC 00-56B accreditation database.
