t-Retail Digital is a customisable booking engine that sells flights and all air and non air ancillary products in a single shopping cart. It supports all devices and channels, with fare families, calendar shopping and multiple payment options. Airlines can launch with the Digital Experience or build their own flows through a stateless API. Customers can also manage bookings and pay with points, cash or a mix of both.

t-Retail NDC is the company's IATA certified product for airline distribution. The company says it is IATA ARM Index certified for NDC schema versions 21.3, 18.2 and 18.1. It gives airlines in house control over offers, pricing, merchandising, seller management and rich content. It is a fully managed service hosted on AWS infrastructure, with a developer portal and onboarding support.

t-Retail OOMS is an offer and order management system. It includes AI driven offer optimisation, shopping, merchandising, order management and servicing. The system works across direct and indirect channels and underpins both t-Retail Digital and t-Retail NDC.

The site shows customer profiles from airlines including ANA, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Hainan Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Asia Miles and Iberia. The company says t-Retail NDC is in production with Tier 1 airlines, including Cathay Pacific and ANA. OpenJaw also launched Getaways by Southwest with Southwest Airlines, and it describes itself as a delivery partner for large scale retailing transformation projects.
