Omnipol Group

OMNIPOL Group is a Czech industrial group. The company says it has more than 90 years of experience at home and abroad, and its homepage carries the line since 1934. The group supplies products for the aviation and defence sectors.

The group brings together several manufacturing companies. OMNIPOL Defence works on modern defence technology. Aircraft Industries develops and produces aircraft. ERA makes passive systems for tracking air, ground and sea targets and for air traffic control. MESIT makes military communication equipment, aircraft instruments, precision machining and special castings. The group also co-owns AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE, which the site calls the oldest aircraft manufacturing company in the Czech Republic.

Aircraft named on the site include the L 410 NG and the L 410 UVP-E20. They follow the earlier L 410 Turbolet. The group's business is split into three areas: aviation, electronics and production technologies. Its airport systems and solutions for industrial production are also listed.

The group says it employs almost 4,000 people, and more than 500 of them work in research and development. It reports activity in more than 115 countries and says it has delivered more than 9,000 aircraft. Recent news includes a new airport subsidiary, OMNIPOL Airports, and a plan to deliver an L 410 NG to a Prague transport operator.

Customer support covers every stage of a project. The company offers warranty and after-sale service, training at its factory or on the customer's site, regular maintenance and complex repairs of systems it has supplied, and upgrades to the latest level. It also said it will open a new authorised service centre in Chile.
