About Midwest Aerospace

Midwest Aerospace is a family owned corporation that has worked in the government spares industry for about 35 years, specializing in hard to find aviation components. It serves militaries, governments, municipalities and agricultural operators, and says parts are placed at facilities around the world to shorten lead times. The company dates its dedication to customers worldwide to 1989, and its home page shows a stock counter above 1.3 million lines.

  • Bell Helicopter dynamic components, repaired and overhauled
  • T53 fuel system work: TA fuel control, PTG governor and accessories, handled in its own fuel control shop

History

Midwest Aerospace and a partner bought Cappsco International in late 2016 and built an MRO business from it, putting quality first in its T53 work. In 2019 the group started its own dynamic component facility to repair and overhaul components for the Bell Helicopter family.
