Marple

Marple is a Belgian software company that makes tools for storing and analysing large, high-frequency time series data from tests and telemetry. It was founded by Matthias Baert and Nero Vanbiervliet, two engineers frustrated with existing data tools, with the aim of making data-driven decisions faster and more powerful. The software is used in aerospace, automotive, motorsport and manufacturing.

Marple 2.0, presented at the company's Autumn Summit, introduced the new Marple DB and Marple Insight, and a 2026 summer update covered AI, automations and reporting.

Customers and results

Customer stories on the site include the Lilium Jet, Vertical Aerospace, DeepDrive and Tug Racing, and the company hosts a webinar with Bugatti Rimac on test data at scale. Marple states that users gain 25 percent more insights from data, find problems twice as fast, and reduce test campaign costs by up to 35 percent. The company runs a student sponsorship programme and exhibits at the Professional Motorsport World Expo in Cologne as well as aerospace shows.
