HEGGEMANN AG

HEGGEMANN is a German company that develops and builds structural parts and systems. It serves aerospace, defence and industry. The company says it offers certified engineering, manufacturing and testing, from early development through to systems that are ready to install.

Its head office sits at Paderborn-Lippstadt Airport. The company says its site is minutes from the runway. There is a direct flight link to Munich, and the highways A44 and B1 run close by. HEGGEMANN says this location cuts lead times and transport costs across Europe. The premises cover 20,000 square metres.

Engineering, manufacturing and testing take place close together at the site. The company says this links the steps and leads to efficient processes, reliable quality and measurable results. It says it has joined development and production under one roof for over six decades.

The main focus is lightweight solutions for original equipment makers and Tier-1 suppliers around the world. Tier-1 suppliers sell directly to the makers of aircraft and vehicles. The aviation work runs from structural design to flight-ready systems, and it includes aerostructures and interiors.

HEGGEMANN also serves defence, with mission-ready solutions and systems for critical operations. Other markets include automotive and energy. For cars, the company says it applies proven aerospace quality. For energy, it points to efficient and sustainable power technologies.

The website lists the approvals that back up its work. These include quality management systems, aviation authority approvals, welding and material standards, special process accreditations under NADCAP and customer-specific approvals. The company also stresses sustainable practices.

Visitors can find pages about the company history, values and leadership team. The company says its guiding principles shape how staff work together and make decisions. The leaders say they stay visible, accessible and involved. A supplier portal, a compliance section and a form for more information are also on the site.
