About Lyntris
Lyntris is a US defence technology company building sensors, AI-driven data fusion and command and control systems that help forces sense, decide and act in contested environments. Lyntris Inc. was formed through the combination of Accelint and Vitesse Systems, and its site says its technology is trusted across more than 200 defence programmes with the US Department of War and allied forces, spanning strategic, operational and tactical levels and every domain.
Capabilities
- All-domain sensing: RF and antenna systems that detect and collect across space, air, ground and sea in contested electromagnetic environments, including ground satellite antenna feed design and RF component production
- Space ISR and resilient communications
- AI-driven fusion that turns multi-domain data into a single operational picture
- Command and control software, autonomous systems, and precision strike and intercept solutions
- Readiness and logistics software, simulation and training
- Precision manufacturing: vacuum brazing of high temperature alloys and aluminium to AWS C3.6M, dip-brazed chassis and waveguides, custom heat treating and final machining for defence assemblies
Company
Lyntris operates corporate offices close to its programmes and customers, with software, engineering and manufacturing sites across the United States, including several locations in San Diego, California. Recent news includes selection by Raytheon to support multi-year LTAMDS radar production under an expanded long-term agreement. Chief executive Brian Morrison previously led businesses at AeroVironment, BlueHalo and General Dynamics and served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense; president Matthew Alty was chief executive of Vitesse Systems. The company's architecture is modular and open by design, and its solutions are described as built by operators for operators at the edge.
