Kulite Semiconductor Products

Kulite Semiconductor Products designs and manufactures pressure transducers and sensors for extreme and harsh environments. The company has worked with customers since 1959 to create thousands of custom designs, and it holds more than 400 patents.

Its products cover stock and custom transducers for aerospace, automotive, military, marine and process industries. The Product Advisor helps customers choose a standard catalogue item or specify a custom design. The range also includes signal conditioners such as the KSC 2 compact dual channel amplifier and filter, and pressure scanners with scanner software.

Kulite designs transducers for commercial and military aircraft. The company says it changed the pressure transducer for the aerospace industry and that it is the world's largest supplier of aerospace transducers. It also designs transducers for automotive racing, including Formula One and IndyCar testing, and lists space exploration among its fields.

Kulite is a family founded and woman owned business. Its world headquarters is in Leonia, New Jersey, in a three building campus of more than 200,000 square feet. The campus houses research, manufacturing and corporate offices, and the company works with universities and research centres around the world.

Quality certificates include ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D. Kulite also holds repair station certificates from the FAA, EASA and the UK CAA. Its intrinsically safe transducers carry approvals for hazardous locations in the United States, Canada, Europe and under the IECEx scheme. Environmental approvals include ISO 14001 and the FIA 3 star accreditation.

Kulite has distributors and representatives in Brazil, Canada, the Czech Republic, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Norway, Taiwan, Turkey and Ukraine. Its reference library offers handbooks, manuals, installation instructions and technical papers.
