About Kaiban

Kaiban builds AI-powered products for airlines. It offers a set of ready products, a platform to run them, an AI product factory that builds them and a team of airline AI experts. Phocuswire named the company one of its Hot 25 Travel Startups of 2026.

Kaiban says AI agents on their own often stay as separate tests. So each product comes with the layers an airline needs to run AI at scale. These are the AI agents, links to systems and data, training and benchmarks, user interfaces and tools, performance monitoring and knowledge management. The links reach passenger systems, revenue systems and crew tools through airline-specific MCP servers. The airline owns what the agents learn, with no vendor lock-in.

The commercial products include an ATPCO pricing briefer, overbooking reduction, a fares recommendations engine and a commercial intelligence engine. Others cover post-booking upsell recommendations, automated premium seat upsell and a group quotes assistant. For passenger care and contact centers, Kaiban offers damaged baggage and baggage irregularity compensation offers. It also offers self-service reservation cancellation, a Q&A chatbot, a policies assistant and a passport scan tool for private jet management.

Disruption products cover passenger re-accommodation, disruption messages, a disruption predictor and invoice reconciliation. Flight operations and scheduling products include a cabin crew absence tracker, crew scheduling outreach, a passenger needs forecaster and an FAA NOTAM decoder. They also include a charter flight cost aggregator and fuel invoice reconciliation. Maintenance products cover an aircraft manuals Q&A assistant, a non-compliance auditor, a maintenance briefer, a return to service calculator and an ATA code verifier.

The platform gives airline teams one place to manage and watch every product. It includes product boards for people and AI to work together, product management, knowledge management, integrations, benchmarks and security. The factory is built to ship products in weeks, not quarters. It works alongside the AI tools an airline already has.

Airlines can buy finished products, subscribe with platform access, or bring their own agents to run on the platform. Each product is built around the airline's own systems and processes, not white-label software. Kaiban was founded by leaders who know airline work, and it cites more than 15 years of airline expertise.
