JinxQMS

JinxQMS is aerospace quality management software. It runs a quality system for companies certified to AS9100, AS9110, AS9120 or Part 145 repair station rules. The site gives a phone number of +1 844 546 9767 but no address.

The software is built to keep a company's own manual, forms and process. The site says the forms keep the same numbers and layout, so nothing needs to be rebuilt before going live. It files each record on the day the work happens. When an auditor asks for proof, the records can be found by search. The site says a shop can be live in about two weeks.

The company covers four groups of standards. AS9100 is for design and manufacturing. AS9110 is for maintenance organizations. AS9120 is for parts distributors. Part 145 is for FAA, EASA and UK CAA repair stations. The site also says IA9100 is coming and that the product will be ready for it.

Two products help companies at different stages. InstaQMS interviews a company in plain English and drafts a full quality system, including manual, procedures, workflows and forms, which goes live only on the owner's signature. InstaGap checks a certified company between audits so it stays ready.

The site says the software grew out of Jenkins Certification, Inc., an FAA Part 145, AS9100 and AS9120 operation that touches over 200 aircraft a year. It was built by a founder named Ben, who has over twenty years in AS9100 family systems and FAA repair station rules. Visitors can watch a short demo or talk to an aerospace quality expert.
