Document images are protected with AES-256 encryption on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure with ISO 27001 processes, GDPR and CCPA compliance and deletion after 90 days. Customers quoted on the site report more than ten years of use with accurate document information integrated into check-in, dramatic reductions in fines, 24/7/365 service with 100 percent uptime and three weeks of on-site training for ground teams. Major carriers can face INAD penalties of up to USD 2 million a year at USD 1,000 to 2,500 per case, which the company's products are designed to eliminate.
