On 29 June 2026 it completed its spin-off from Honeywell International and began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker HONA. Its technologies are used on commercial air transport, business aviation, defense and space platforms, and its heritage goes back to the first autopilot, demonstrated by Sperry over Paris in 1914.
