FLYCO E-Training Solutions

Flyco Training Solutions is an aviation e-learning company. Its head office is in the United Kingdom, with offices in the United States and Turkey. It offers a Learning Management System, or LMS, and ready-made online courses. Airlines and other aviation groups use them to run staff training and meet rules.

Flyco says it supports more than 300 airlines and over 150,000 aviation professionals in more than 80 countries. It says its training meets EASA, FAA and ICAO rules. The company also offers a Training Management System, or TMS, which plans and tracks training. It lists a separate system for Evidence-Based Training, or EBT. EBT builds and checks key skills of pilots and instructors.

The site also explains Competency-Based Training. This model focuses on practical skills instead of hours spent in class. Flyco describes its platform as an all-in-one tool that uses AI-powered analytics for reports and tracking. It says the platform can cut training costs by up to 70 percent.

Learning works on desktops, tablets and phones, through web browsers and mobile apps. Airlines, maintenance organizations and other aviation groups can customize their training programs. The platform also offers secure links to other systems through APIs.

All course content is written by the company's own team of aviation instructors. Each course is reviewed to meet the rules of the regulators. The company also says its screens are built to be clear and simple to use.

The platform runs on Amazon Web Services. Security features listed on the site include real-time fraud detection, IP-based access limits, blocks on dual logins and end-to-end encryption. It also lists disaster recovery plans with cross-regional backups. The company says it follows GDPR rules.

The website shows client reference letters and customer comments about the platform and support team. It has pages on the LMS, TMS, EBT and competency-based training. The contact page gives a London office.
