EUROAVIA

EuroAvia is an online portal for booking air tickets. It also sells travel insurance and flight reservations for visa applications. The site is in Russian and uses Russian rubles for prices. The legal details on the about page show that the business is run by a sole trader.

The portal lets people search for and book flights online. It shows sample fares from Moscow and from Saint Petersburg to cities such as Sochi, Istanbul, Tashkent, Yerevan and Kaliningrad. It also offers a price tracking tool that helps people pick a good day to buy.

Payment options are a feature. The site says customers can buy tickets on credit, pay in instalments over up to 12 months, or pay in parts.

A visa booking service lets people reserve a flight and hotel without paying the full price. The customer pays only for the booking service and receives a booking form for the visa centre. The portal also sells tourist medical insurance that it says embassies and consulates accept.

The news section covers airline topics, such as new direct flights from Abu Dhabi to Berlin, a winter schedule from Aeroflot and a sale from Pegasus. An FAQ and comment area on the about page answers customer questions about orders, tickets and visa bookings. The site also has a contact form and a mailing list for special fares.
