Online Travel Booking

Online travel booking and flight distribution

This category covers the websites, apps and systems used to book air travel. At one end are consumer travel sites and agencies that compare and sell airline tickets, hotels and holidays. In the middle are the distribution and reservation systems that connect airlines with travel agents. At the other end are online marketplaces for private jet charter, empty legs and helicopter transfers.

When using a booking platform, check the total price including fees, the fare rules for changes and refunds, and who is actually responsible for the flight if something goes wrong. For private jet and helicopter booking, ask which operator will fly the aircraft, confirm that the operator holds a valid air operator certificate, and read the cancellation terms before paying a deposit.

Companies here are based across India, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Austria, the United States, Germany, China, Spain and Malaysia, among others.
