biztribution provides real-time computation for airline retailing and other travel suppliers worldwide. It answers search requests on behalf of the supplier. The supplier keeps control of booking, payment and the customer.

The company answers questions about availability, fares, schedules, routing and pricing. It serves airlines, hotels, travel agencies, meta search engines and other travel suppliers. It uses only data that the supplier creates and owns, and it takes in changes as they happen. Travellers see the supplier's own answer. The company says its service stays invisible to the traveller.

The aim is to take the load of searches off a supplier's systems. In a simulation on the company's site, searches are answered in milliseconds with no calls to the airline's passenger service system. The company says it can find one record among 250 million in about 10 milliseconds. It states that it does not rely on caching or prediction. Instead it computes accurate answers, and personalised prices, in real time from the supplier's source data.

The solutions work for a single airline or for several airlines. They can search from any location to any location in a set time span. They can also find the best routing across an airline and its partners. The company lists 16 real-time computation solutions, and it provides web services so that a supplier can connect them to its own systems. Its live demos call real web services that use dummy data.

The company explains why this matters. It cites an IATA paper that puts the industry ratio at about 665 searches for every ticket sold in 2025. Fifteen years earlier, an airline answered around 50 searches per ticket. The company expects AI agents to push the number higher, because software can search around the clock for travellers. As airlines take shopping back from the global distribution systems, they will carry more of this search traffic themselves.
