Baker Aviation is a United States Part 135 charter operator that works only in the wholesale market. It provides super midsize jet lift to charter brokers, jet card companies and other operators that need extra aircraft, and does not sell to retail clients directly. Baker Aviation paid for development of the Starlink Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the Citation X. The site lists a Starlink installation time of 7 to 10 days and a package price of US$275,000 to US$300,000.
