Ascent Aviation Services is an aircraft maintenance, storage and disassembly company with two facilities in Arizona: Marana (Pinal Airpark, MZJ) and Tucson (TUS). It serves owners, operators and lessors of widebody, narrowbody and regional aircraft. The Marana site traces its history to 1942 and was rebranded as Ascent Aviation Services in 2018.

Facilities

The company says Marana can store up to 450 widebody and narrowbody aircraft across 500 acres, and Tucson a further 100 narrowbody and regional aircraft on 26 acres. Marana has more than 335,000 square feet of hangar and shop space, including three widebody hangars. Ascent states that it holds an FAA Class IV airframe rating and civil aviation approvals from several authorities, including FAA, EASA and UK CAA, as reported on its website.
