GA Telesis, LLC is a commercial aerospace company founded in 2002 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It has more than $1.0 billion in assets under management. The company describes itself as a global aerospace platform with aircraft maintenance and component services. It says it is the only aftermarket company with significant operations on six continents.

The Leasing, Investments, Finance and Trading Group covers aircraft leasing, engine leasing, leveraged finance and capital management. GA Telesis offers narrowbody and widebody aircraft from Airbus and Boeing for short term and long term lease. Leasing is open to commercial airlines, cargo operators, ACMI providers and start up carriers worldwide. The company can build lease structures to suit different operating and financial goals. It also helps lessees through the return process.

Available assets include aircraft, engines and engine modules, APUs, landing gear and engine stands. Customers can also use the PARTsMART parts site and a Boeing marketplace. A recent press release described a first Boeing 737 MAX 8 disassembly programme.

The Flight Solutions Group sells and supports aircraft parts. Its areas are components, airframe, engines, power, repair management, landing gear, consumables and expendables, distribution, inventory leasing and logistics. It has offices for the Americas, EMEA, Eurasia and Asia Pacific. The company says it holds one of the largest inventories of commercial aircraft parts.

MRO Services runs repair groups for composites, components, landing gear, and wheels and brakes. These sites are in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area of Florida. Engine Services does engine repair and overhaul, with a site at Helsinki Airport in Finland. A specialized procedures site operates in Wilmington, Ohio. The Digital Innovation Group is a separate unit that has its own website.

GA Telesis supports airlines with a 24 hour, 7 day AOG line and a tiger team that works around the clock. The company serves customers on six continents. It has an independent shareholder, Tokyo Century Corporation, which helps it acquire and invest in aerospace assets and companies.
