AeroSight

AeroSight is a software company in Bulgaria that sells cloud-based flight data monitoring, also called FDM or FOQA. Aircraft operators use it to turn flight recorder data into safety information.

Operators send their recorder files to the platform. It processes the flights in minutes and finds events that go beyond set limits. The operator decides which events to detect. Every flight can be opened for review in 3D. The service runs in a web browser, so a customer needs no extra IT systems and no system upkeep. It works for a single aircraft or a large fleet.

Fleet Coverage adds flight tracking from ADS-B. It shows every flight the fleet flew, so a flight that was flown but never uploaded is flagged. The optional Live Fleet Monitoring shows the fleet on a near-live map. The dashboard counts the flight collection rate, which is one of the programme health measures that the EASA working group on FDM recommends.

The Pilot Performance module lets each pilot see their own data and not a colleague's. Engine Condition Monitoring follows engine health on every leg, with exports for the engine vendor's checks. Fuel Efficiency shows fuel burn per flight phase, cruise performance by aircraft, and how often fuel-saving procedures are flown.

AeroSight builds reports to the customer's needs. These include data readout, parameter check and periodic safety reports, and a builder for custom ones. Integrations link the platform to flight scheduling and crew planning systems, safety management systems and onboard data services, so data arrives without a manual step.

The company says it has spent about ten years turning flight data into safety insight. It recently released AeroSight FDM v2, and showed it at the World Aviation Festival in Lisbon in 2026. Its news section explains new FDM rules, such as the ICAO change from 1 January 2027 and Brazil's RBAC 121. Customers include airlines and operators, who praise its automated features and its support team.
