Vellox Group makes software for aviation operators. It puts operations, dispatch, maintenance, safety and fleet tracking into one connected platform.

The company says most aviation software is built for a single job, not the whole operation. Operators end up patching together several tools. The company lists the results as split workflows, data that does not match, more compliance risk, and the cost and time of managing all that software. Vellox says its platform fixes this with total operational visibility in one place. The group is made up of well known software brands that now work under one name. The company lists the former names as Air Maestro, Complete Flight, Flight Vector, spidertracks and ADSoftware. It has announced that ADSoftware joined the group to power the maintenance side.

The platform has five core solution areas. Vellox Ops Suite, formerly Air Maestro and Complete Flight, plans, schedules and manages every mission. It covers crew rostering, duty and fatigue, manifests and operations control center communication. Vellox Fleet Manager, formerly spidertracks, offers real-time flight tracking and safety, with views of fleet status, use and analytics. Vellox Maintenance Hub, formerly ADSoftware, handles work orders, inventory and compliance, so that aircraft stay airworthy and ready for audits. Vellox Safety Suite, formerly Air Maestro, supports safety management with reporting, audits, training and document control. Dispatch is the fifth area.

The company says it serves more than 2,700 aviation customers, and that operators in 148 countries use its products. The company names air medical, public safety, charter, offshore and cargo operators as its main segments. A row of customer logos on the home page shows names such as Air Austral, Conair, Halo and Valhalla.

On its story page, Vellox says it set out to build one connected platform for end-to-end aviation operations. It says the platform cuts complexity, raises safety and keeps teams on what matters. It describes a global team of industry experts and artificial intelligence behind the systems. Visitors can request a demo or talk to sales, and a customer hub is available for current users.
