TRIOPTICS develops and produces optical measurement and manufacturing systems for the development, quality control and production of lenses, lens systems and camera modules, serving the entire optical manufacturing value chain from optical components to optoelectronic systems. Alignment and testing systems

• OptiCentric high-precision centration, alignment, cementing and bonding systems, now integrated with Precitech single point diamond turning machines, and alignment turning stations for mounted lenses
• ImageMaster HR 2, HR Temp Control and Universal image quality and MTF testers for small and large lenses, and image quality testing for large lens systems, telescopes, riflescopes, binoculars, spotting scopes and endoscopes
• Active alignment, assembly and testing of camera modules and LiDAR systems, and the ImageQuality Hub software for comparing image quality data along the camera lens supply chain
• Goniometers for optical angle measurement, goniometer-spectrometers for refractive index, electronic autocollimators, Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensors and interferometers for surface and wavefront deformation
• Centre thickness, air gap, sag and radius measurement of single lenses and doublets, and comprehensive testing of optomechanical lens parameters

Inspection and emerging applications

• SurfInspect automated scratch and dig inspection of flat optics and lenses in compliance with ISO 10110-7
• Measurement systems for virtual and augmented reality optics, including waveguide measurement technology
• Applications in medical technology and life sciences, automotive and LiDAR, consumer camera modules and precision optics for aerospace and defence
