TACONNECTIONS
Airline crew accommodation, IROP recovery and airport logistics software
About TACONNECTIONS
TA Connections provides technology and services for airline crew and passenger logistics. It serves airlines across North America, Europe and Asia. Its tools cover crew hotels and transport, passenger disruption and daily airline operations.
The crew product is Crew Hub, which handles crew layovers. It covers hotels, transport, positioning flights and meals. The company says it can automate 97 percent of layover logistics. Customers get access to a global inventory of hotels, flights and transport, and the company says it uses billions of dollars in yearly hotel buying power. The company lists more than 1.2 million hotels for crew and passenger lodging. Its tools link directly to airline crew management systems.
The passenger product is Disruption Hub. It helps airlines handle irregular operations with real-time alerts and rebooking. It covers flights, hotels, transport and meals for stranded passengers. It also offers passenger notifications, a self-service app, 24/7 support and help with staying within regulations. The Intelligent Ticketing tool helps rebook passengers on new flights.
The Digital Hub covers airline operations. It includes a mobile departure control system, in-flight point of sale with passenger insight, ramp management, baggage handling and passenger alerts. The aim is to free up airline agents and raise revenue.
TA Connections reports more than 160 airline customers and over 10,000 stations supported around the world. Corpay manages more than 37 million room nights a year. Airlines and partners quoted by the company include Eastern Airlines, CommutAir, Spirit Airlines, GOL, easyJet, DHL Air (UK) and Uber for Business.
The company began in 1997 as the first firm focused on rooms for airline crews and stranded passengers. In 1998 it launched a global crew accommodation and layover system connected to crew management systems. Its later firsts include a crew hotel feedback system in 2001, a mobile app for crew accommodation in 2010 and a self-service disruption platform in 2014. In 2020 Hotel Connections and Travelliance joined under Corpay. They became TA Connections in 2021. The company bought Levarti in 2022, which added check-in, in-flight, baggage and airport tools.
