Overwatch AI
Secure AI assistants for pilots, engineers and aviation operations teams
About Overwatch AI
Overwatch AI builds artificial intelligence assistants for aviation frontline teams. Its tools are for pilots, engineers, ground staff and operations managers who need quick answers to keep aircraft flying.
The company's main product is the Wingman platform. It connects manuals, maintenance records, flight data and outside data such as weather and NOTAMs. Users then ask questions in plain language and get answers in seconds. The company says this replaces manual searching across dozens of sources and cuts search time by a factor of ten.
Overwatch AI explains the platform in four parts. Data ingestion brings raw information from many sources together so it is ready for AI. Evaluations and monitoring run all day and night to check results and to catch made up answers and rule breaks. Distribution puts the tool on mobile, tablet and desktop, even where bandwidth is low. Operational insights give managers reports on knowledge gaps, compliance and return on investment.
The platform is built for airline operations. Use cases include flight and cabin crew, ground and ramp operations, and the airline operations control centre. The company says 25 percent of crews spend over 30 minutes per duty hunting for key information, and that Wingman surfaces it from a simple question.
The company also points to wider benefits. It says Wingman links old data silos so content, aircraft records, flight details and outside data sit in one place. It aims to give front line teams clear guidance that cuts errors in high stakes work.
Security is a stated priority. The company says its platform is built with security first, and that customers keep control of their own proprietary information. The company was started by an airline pilot with ten years in aviation and a founder who built applied AI products for self-driving cars. Its goal is a future where frontline teams have instant knowledge to decide better and faster. Operators can ask for a demo, and the company says it replies within 24 hours.
