Investment casting makes assembly-ready precision aluminum parts for aerospace, electronics and instrumentation. The machining unit handles turning, milling, grinding, lapping, finishing and testing of matched valve, sleeve and housing assemblies, to six decimal places of accuracy.

Prototyping produces production grade prototypes with full engineering support. Complex assembly covers simple nut plate clips through to cockpit panels with more than 180 components, and pressure bulkheads.

The sheet metal shop offers CNC press brake forming, a hydropress of up to 750 tons, three axis waterjet cutting and high speed CNC routing. The harness and electronics unit builds cable assemblies, wire harnesses and electronic assemblies, including for missile systems and weapon platform integration.

Finishing services include heat treating, protective plating, painting and specialty coatings. The site shows certification logos including AS9100D and Nadcap, and says certifications vary by company.
