Semmco Ltd

Semmco designs, makes, installs and services maintenance access platforms, steps and ground support equipment for aircraft, helicopters and trains. The company was founded in 1993 by Stuart McOnie and is based in Woking, Surrey, near Heathrow and Gatwick, with offices in Texas and Dubai. Since 2024 it has been part of HAKI Safety, alongside the Newbow Aerospace brand.

• Aviation maintenance access platforms: fixed and variable height steps and platforms, plus fixed and dual height refuelling steps
• Engine access platforms for off-wing engine work
• Helicopter maintenance platforms, blade racks, docking systems and rotor and tail access
• Ground support equipment: oxygen and nitrogen trolleys and carts, wheel and brake change equipment (including a wide body changer used on the A380), wheel and brake service carts, digital tyre gauges and inflators, and nitrogen walk round charge kits
